About Us
Non Gamstop Casinos is an independent research and comparison site for adults in the UK who want to understand casinos that operate outside GAMSTOP. This page explains who the site is for, how we assess operators, how we earn money, and what we can and cannot tell you.
We do not claim to be a regulator, a casino or a betting adviser. Our job is to put the terms, restrictions and risks in plain English so you can decide for yourself, or decide to stay away.
What this site is for
Many readers arrive knowing little about how a casino outside GAMSTOP differs from a UK-licensed one. We aim to cover the practical questions:
- How welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards actually work, including wagering requirements, game contribution, maximum bet rules, expiry dates and cashout limits.
- Which payment routes are advertised for British customers, such as debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets and cryptocurrency, and what fees, currency conversion and withdrawal limits may apply.
- What games and betting products sit behind the sign-up screen: slots, jackpots, live dealer tables, sports betting and esports.
- What protections you may lose, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Our main comparison is on the page Non GamStop Casinos – Best Online Casinos UK. Everything here supports that list.
A plain statement on regulation
GAMSTOP is the national self-exclusion scheme for Great Britain. Casinos licensed by the UK Gambling Commission must take part in it. Sites that are not on GAMSTOP usually hold an overseas licence instead, and an overseas licence does not give you the same rights, complaint routes or safeguards as a Gambling Commission licence.
Accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised to serve them. We therefore do not describe any casino as completely safe, and we never promise that a withdrawal will be paid or that you will win. If you have self-excluded, please do not use this site to get around that decision. Our Responsible Gambling page lists support from GamCare and covers deposit and loss limits, self-exclusion and blocking software.
How we research and rank casinos
Our rankings come from desk research, not from us staking money. We have not deposited, played or withdrawn at these casinos, and we do not say we have. We review what operators publish and what can be verified, then separate three things:
- Confirmed information – facts we could check, such as terms and conditions text or licence details shown on the operator's site.
- Casino advertising – headline offers and claims, which we report as claims.
- Open questions – anything we could not verify, which we say plainly.
The factors we weigh are:
- Bonus terms: wagering, game contribution, maximum bet, expiry and cashout caps.
- Licensing and ownership information, and how clearly it is disclosed.
- Payment options, minimum deposits, GBP account availability, fees and withdrawal rules.
- Game range, including software providers, live dealer and sports betting.
- Verification (KYC and source-of-funds) rules and the complaints process.
- Customer support routes and responsible gambling tools.
Time-sensitive findings carry a date. Our latest fact-check was on 1 October 2026. Bonus terms change often, so always read the operator's current terms before you sign up.
How our ratings should be read
The scores beside each casino are editorial ratings from our research. They are not customer-review scores and are not based on user votes. A high score means the operator looked strong against our criteria, not that it is risk-free.
The ten casinos currently featured are Betmica, Kikibet, Betninja, WinnerIsland, Zombillion, Smash Casino, Nightluck, CoinPoker, Rivo and Daytonaspin. Each advertises a large welcome package. Large headline figures usually carry high wagering requirements and caps, so a bigger number is not automatically better value.
How we make money
We may earn a commission if you follow a link to a casino and sign up. Commission does not buy position: operators cannot pay to rise in the rankings or to change a rating. The commercial side is the reason this site is free to read, and we think you should know about it before you click.
What we cannot do
- We cannot resolve a dispute with a casino on your behalf. We can only point you to the operator's complaints procedure and any licensing body it names.
- We cannot guarantee that an offer, payment method or feature is available to you. Check this with the operator before depositing.
- We do not present gambling as income or as a way to solve money problems. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
Who it is for
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. If gambling is causing you harm, contact GamCare or use the tools described on our Responsible Gambling page.
